14.4.2012 BLOG: Responsibility of a Potential Visual / Organization / Market Communication Responsibility of a Potential is a grounded on responsibility toward ourselves, but not so in a selfish way as we are familiar, but on the path of self discovery, our true self, to be in our fullness released for others. We poses royal build-in ability of giving and transferring of real worth and value of a people, for the people. Ability, that needs to be rediscovered in our society, to be shaped, trained, guarded, upgraded and used on the daily basis, the key to fulfilment for all generations of this ages and ages to come. Responsibility of the individual, to manifest all of his potential into co-habited society, generation, in the territory and time for the benefit of generations, with gifts, abilities and wisdom create and enable environments and preconditions for the development and release of the potential of others. When we talk about the responsibility toward discovery, releasing and exposure of our frozen, not-used potential, knowledge, resources of wisdom, we do not focus ourselves on the element of usage, but the responsibility toward others, toward a group, market domain and society, who need our build-in resources for mass progress. The same thing is in the case of corporation, their potential draw back mode, because of the situation in the economic circumstances, their responsibility toward market demand and need of other corporations to release their services and products. Draw-back of corporations is not just hide for cover and resources savings related, but it is a chain effect for the societies and individuals to use, accumulate, transfer, discover and exposure of a potential, potential to build and produce new beginnings for culture (prepared medium), environment of success for others, for corporations and business to operate and fulfil and overmatch their own and public visions and purpose of generations. Draw back is not and option, due purpose of potential to be released and maintained the drive of joint progress. Every individual has to have long term plans, visions impregnated with the passion of progress and excesses of our self's for the future. I am convinced that everyone has, or had a dream so big in its proportions of benefits and progress for himself and for others, that he is afraid to tell them to anyone. Their dreams of success are so big, that people are afraid to share them for the "benefit" to stay "normal" and accepted in the average. When I had a morning breakfast conversation with the girl from Finland, last time I was in the hostel, she shared, as she said "an utopian model of success of a society". At least she had courage to talk about it with someone out of her nation. A potential can offer the best, the past is average. A discovery and willingness to release potential has a power to transport us out of every circumstance, society, environment, people in to a new ones, that can, or has the ability to receive the revelation, gifts, ability or wisdom of a potential, seed for the influence and cross border, for the benefit of others. The capacity to receive needs to be developed, or our potential, gradually will transport us into a new environment, with the ability to receive, upgrade and maintain our start advanced potential. Discovery and release of our and others potential is a creation of an environment culture, a prepared medium for release and cultivation of a potential of others. This true leadership, releasing of our potential, creation of a positive environment, creation of an atmosphere of possibilities for others, operational dynamics, services, products, to lead others, on the basis of expressional and non-expressional leadership into release of their true and productive realities, potential to express and manifest. Therefore an environment like forests, meadows, mountains are perfect environment for the development and discovery of a potential of creativity, an environments based on life and biological harmony, a prepared medium for discovery of a pre-build potential and operational dynamics. Environment of decay, war zones, environment of conflict, contaminated areas, where entropy dwelled and operated, do not produce or lead to full release of a potential, but rather produce a draw-back effect or immediate migration of entire population. An environment is often foundational factor for discovery and release of a potential, the potential of a culture, prepared medium for others. Our elevation is therefore a focus on a information and state, for future personal operational dynamics for production and maintainment of enviroment, the responsibility, readership, that produces succes and discovery of a potential and inovations in others.
