Organization and Corporate Communication

Principle of design, implementation of communication system and operational applications, for the purpose to justify your organization into one force of operational dynamic influence and intervention. Start a process, project of internal development or an upgrade of communication network, which reflect future organization and the principles of forming and maintain of a model of success, process communication team and process and department cross linked content and folder structure.

Design and develop process communication network for constant horizontal and vertical communication, for transparent and knotless innovational process sharing and evaluation, from external influence team (1st row battle field teams) all the way through CEO Chief Executievs and owners, shareholders or managers.

Establish technological process division, a migrated model from a model of success, form editorial content division, one part from element one and second part from department cultural environments, focused on process implementation or ownership.

Define and assign roles of responsibilities, rolls of communications, development and implementations goals. Define and assign management rolls for application system and management of content system. Inspire and maintain constant spiritual, image and financial sponsorship from the Chief executive officer, board of directors and owners. Accept and validate long term development project clarity, a formation of a communication process in organization or corporation, forming one, joint element of market and cross border influence.

Design and develop custom software frameworks and all applications on stable system platforms. Define and maintain updated content of process and communication responsibilities, activities and process implementation facts and factors. Define and format organization cross department process models and develop all the software for perfect non-entropic operational dynamic.

Define and maintain projected scheduled meetings of technological and editorial content divisions (boards) with goals and responsibilities on weekly basis. Give them your best in resources and expect the best from them all, all the time.

Form a balanced user test division, one, gathered from each internal divisions, but stay focused on technological, editorial content division and process communication teams. On the weekly basis, test all the versions of developed application, content management systems, user interfaces, workflows and you name it, whatever there is a need to develop, to spread and release your perfect non-entropic process output, for the internal and market process or non-formal influence.

Communicate process oriented and relational positioned. Focus on the advanced social and process organizational frameworks, be source of order, transparency and harmony. Decide and accept decisions on hardware and software purchase, based on technical specifications and past long term product reviews and user testimonies.

Maintain an upgrade start model of success, process team one, honor, value, reward internally, expose externally, impact market with a unique and process perfection.

Migrate and promote success model to external related sectoral organizations. The rest will came and follow by them self’s. Involve and create possibilities and beginnings for others.
